More about…
Hormonal Health
Herbs are excellent at optimising normal function of hormones and gently bringing hormones back into balance. Herbs can treat a broad range of issues, such as endometriosis, PCOS, stress, painful or heavy periods and skin imbalance.
Skin Issues
From acne to eczema, herbal medicine can alleviate troublesome symptoms such as inflammation, pain, and itching.
Fertility
Fertility and conception can be an exciting, confusing and emotional time. As a fertility awareness educator I teach you about fertility tracking to optimise conception, pre-conception care, and I can treat a range of women’s and men’s health disorders that can lead to difficulty conceiving.
Digestion
Everyone could do with digestive support to ensure the optimal functioning of their digestion and absorption of nutrients from their diet. Herbs can provide extra support for more serious disorders such as IBS, crohn’s, ulcerative colitis and diverticulitis
Pregnancy
As a mother myself I understand how difficult pregnancy can sometimes be, and I treat common pregnancy symptoms such as morning sickness, constipation, anxiety, and sleeplessness.
Auto Immunity
Auto-immune disorders such as rheumatoid arthritis, SLE, Sjögren’s, and Hashimotos can have wide ranging effects on all parts of the body. Herbal medicine can help reduce symptoms and inflammation, and can work alongside conventional medical treatments.
Postpartum
The postpartum period is an often neglected but incredibly important time, and I provide support with replenishing the body, perineal healing, breastfeeding, and many other concerns.
Stress + Anxiety
We are constantly under stress in our modern lives, and herbal medicine can provide support when this stress has negative effects on mood, sleep and digestion.
